That may be what the computer says but I am looking at two very different diapers and a rash on my son’s skin that is not ok. Your employees need to know there are deaf people out there that uses video phones to call! No you don’t have to have videophone yo communicate. I called little later to test it and no answer. It’s like they are assuming it’s just scam or something. But they are dismissing me as I asked her to answer my call I am calling thru videophone. So I hand my phone to someone and she proceeds to argue and then comes up with well we are short staffed and bla bla. Instead of saying ok she proceeds to argue. I told her I will be calling right after I hang up so please answer my video phone. She proceeds to argue and say we cannot do videophone calls or something but in the line of her arguing with me and basically dismissing me really ticked me off. I said can you please answer my call I am calling thro ugh video phone. I couldn’t hear at all so I decided to say it on phone. So right after I hung up 5 seconds later I called through my cell phone to see if they would answer and low behold someone answers right away like they were right there all along. I called yesterday several times like 5 times through my video phone as in my interpreter is calling for me while I am on videophone. It does not store any personal data.Update: it has been resolved.
